Because there is minimal drip during thawing, it can be stored for over a week without bacterial growth. ● Contributing to Improved Yield A comparison of weight loss due to drip loss during chicken thawing was conducted for one year before and after the introduction of Depack. After implementation, weight loss was reduced by approximately 5.5% annually.
